Contacted by HR for the first round of interviews.
The interviewer asked really generic technical questions related to SRE and expected the exact answers he wants. All questions were behavior & scenario-based. No to the point and specific questions throughout the round.

Personal presentation then a panel Interview with multiple functions represented at the plant. Afterward I did a plant tour. It took most of the morning. Plenty of time for questions back to the panel.

The process was mainly behavior, asking situational questions, and what my actions would be. Some questions involved my weaknesses and strengths, what I would do in these situations, etc. Then the interview talked about what this job entails, and what my day-to-day job would be like.
