I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Cochín)
Interview
I was called up by 9. Time was changed to 11 a.m then. By the time I reached there were 150+ candidates present already. Well, Filled out a form and waited for the next 5 hours. No questions were asked to me. Seemed like the recruiter was too lazy to hear anything. He picked out few points and asked is this true? I said, "Yes". Ok OK. that went for next 3 minutes and finally the golden words. We will not be moving forward with your resume. Since you don't have experience on a particular tool. (Can't name it for confidentiality) Misleasding information was provided on the JD of the intervewing role. travel 8 hours back and forth, no questions asked, no self introduction required. Only to hear I have not worked on a TOOL which I was hearing for the first time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY in May 2018
Interview
I had 2 telephonic interviews which went for about an hour each. My first interview was with my counselor (going to be) and second with the Global Head of the Project. They were pretty chill, which helped me stay confident during the whole interview process. They kept me updated on each and every step of the process.

Question 1
About my skill set, my past job experience and my future expectation from the job opening in EY
I applied online. The process took 9+ months. I interviewed at EY (Luton, East of England, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied for tax in Luton and had a partner interview within the assessment centre. For the partner interview, there was 2 interviewer (a senior manager and an executive director) and me which was apparently odd, even the assessment centre co-ordinator was surprised. The interview had motivation questions and personality questions which are the compulsory questions and are a bit formal. In between these questions, they asked a couple of informal questions. They did take some noted. Then I was given a chance to ask them any question.
