Was very friendly and felt like a conversation. Questions were less behavioral and technical and more conversational. There were two interviews. One was recording a video of myself answering questions and the other involved speaking to a manager and partner.
EY made me goo through the HireVue process to get started with them. It was overall kind of pointless. They then took a long time to reach out to me in order to set up an interview. It was very stale and very disappointing.

Overall interview experience was great! Partners I connected with were very easy going and more focused on conversation and how well they could engage with you. Business case was not too bad. Definitely recommend going through some practice cases beforehand.
