I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
The hiring process featured two rounds of behavioral interviews. Throughout both stages, hiring managers focused on validating your resume's details and asking standard, situational questions to assess your past experiences.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked with someone you did not like?
Heard back about 2-3 weeks after I applied online. I then had two back to back thirty minute behavioral interviews with one interviewer per interview. My interviewers were from the office I was applying to. Practically no technical questions.

Question 1
How do you balance all your extracurriculars and job while maintaining good grades
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EY (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2025
Interview
I had two separate, 30-minute interviews with two different employees. Both interviewers were friendly and professional, since it was an internship interview the questions they asked were all behavioral questions such as "tell me about a time when you had to take a leadership role". The first interviewer asked me a lot of questions like that, while the second interviewer really just asked me questions about my hobbies, personality and we had a pretty casual conversation for the duration of the interview, probably to see how well I got along with others.
