I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Malmö, Skåne) in Nov 2016
Interview
We were eight people at EY for an assesment day. The day started with a presentation of the company, followed by a one hour long interview with two employees at EY (one junior and one more senior) followed by a case (30 min solving, 20 min presentation).
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (Estambul) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 main stages. Group HR interview, senior manager interview and finally partner interview. In the HR part, it was basically “describe yourself” questions. In my opinion, the most crucial part was the senior manager interview round, as they asked more business wise questions.
EY’s interview process includes an online application, aptitude and behavioral tests, followed by HR and technical/case interviews. Some roles require an assessment center or group exercises. The final partner interview assesses cultural fit and long-term potential before offering a position.
All very professional, got to final round, but never heard back, disappoint as I chased numerous times. The online side of thing worked well. Maths test , situation test and group exercises
