I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview
First round interview on campus, very easy, walk me trough your resume + a few behavioral questions. There was also an online writing assessment.
Second round was a megaday at their NYC office. Two half hour interviews that were behavioral with a few technical questions. Nothing too hard. Third interview was a case study - basically reading a 2 page story with no data and resolving the case pretending you are a EY consultant and the interviewer is the client.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
first round is the on campus, none technical questions. All about my resume, the project you do and they also ask me what's going wrong in a particular one and what should you do different if you have a chance to do it again.
it is about 30 minute.
The second round is one-site. Have 3 interviews in a row for the whole morning.
The first one is a case study, there is a 5 page case, you have 15 minutes to read it. And then you need to identify the problem happening and give the suggestion.
The other two round is more like a normal chatting, talk about the resume again.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Washington, DC) in Mar 2015
Interview
I submit the application on career center's website and on EY's website. Then I got the notification of 1 on 1 interview. I took the interview on campus. He asked me some personality question and let me ask him some question. The recruiter was a nice man.
