Interview
I applied May 29 and was contacted by a recruiter June 5. We set up a phone interview for the next day. The phone call was about 15 minutes and I was asked about my previous experience and career goals and was told more about the position. At the end of the interview she told me that someone would contact me to set up an in-person interview. Two days later I received an email with a date, time and details regarding my in-person interview. The interview was scheduled for a week later. The in-person interview was with one of the hiring managers in the office I'd be working at. She went into more detail about the training and the position. The only thing I was really asked was to talk about my background and experience. I was told that I would hear from my recruiter early the following week (my interview was on a Friday). I received a request for a background check late Wednesday night, and then received an offer the following Monday evening. Overall, it was an easy and smooth interview process.

Interview
Interview process was very straight forward. I applied through a headhunter, got scheduled for an initial interview with the Team Lead and Assistant Director. They introduced the company and explained the job description very well. Afterwards, they asked a set of standard behavioral questions.
