Interview
recruiting through college campus
first round is online... 5 prerecorded questions you answer in front of your camera
2nd round is an interview 1on1 with a senior manager and partner
questions are not too hard, they are general enough to answer freely
my advice: go to all of their events on campus and show your face... get them to know your name
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Melbourne) in Sep 2020
Interview
Submit application, do two lots of psychometric testing with some video responses, and assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a coffee catch up and a long interview with 2 senior managers. I heard back from EY via phone the next day.
After apt test I entered the group interview, which divided into three parts- written test, group presentation and individual interview. Only 1 manager there in the interview room, but we have 7 participants in total. The whole process of the assessment centre costs me about 3-4 hours
