Requested for transcript then called for interview one to one. Asked about my cv and work experience. Why audit? Why EY ? Asked about results and achievements
Challenges faced during work. What changes will I make from previous work experience. Important to know which department the interviewer is from. Financial services or manufacturing.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Hattiesburg, MS) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very easy and conversation based. They basically let the interview open to me, as I asked questions and controlled the direction. Overall I thought it went well but did not receive a offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EY (Singapur) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was with two managers, and it was generally cordial. They asked some questions about myself, went through my past work experience, academic records and finally asked some technical questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience without much stress. My advice is, if you have some prior work experience in accounting and/or audit, be ready to answer the technical questions(which might take you by surprise if you aren't ready for them).
