Managers source/filter based on language preferences and nativity rather than candidates caliber and ability. They announce a walk in drive and when candidates reach there they start to freeze the recruiting or asks candidates to leave. As they have already gained a good name in the game they are least bothered about freshers and they only want First bench students.
