Interview
It could be summarized as a complete process, through a range of steps aimed to assess soft and hard skills, language and technical capabilities and also quantitative skills.
Ability to manage stress in solving more complex problems is also required.

Excel test. Hr round. Tech 1 and tech 2 round. With excel covering some formulas like sumif vlookup etc and hr round is simple. It gets tough in the tech rounds

Interview
First round was group discussion and they selected 3 out of 12 students. Next was one on one interview. There were two rounds, one technical and HR. Good knowledge of what you studied in college curriculum is a must as well as good spoken English. Also asked very unusual questions like puzzles to check thinking skills. All in all, it was a a very long and thorough interview.
