Strengths-based telephone interview for the Graduate Advisory position, London office. Expected to speak for two or three minutes for each question, otherwise it's not considered one of your strengths. The woman on the phone sounded very robotic, but otherwise it was okay. I passed the interview, the next stage is an assessment centre.

The hiring and interview process is efficient and quick. The HR is friendly and willing to address any doubts you have before the interview. The interviewers (1 Manager and 1 Senior Manager) are friendly and approachable. I enjoyed the interview process generally.
