I interviewed with EY and got an offer a week later. Applied online through my university job site, was emailed a few days later on a Friday inviting me to submit a video interview by Sunday at 5PM. They would flash a question on the screen for 30seconds and you had 3 minutes to respond with 10 tries at each question

I sent the application online and i was contacted to have an interview a week later. Before having the interview i was asked to complete an online assessment (verbal & figural reasoning logical and mathematical test). I had an interview with HR and manager. After a week i was contacted to moving forward on the selection process and i had another interview with the partner.
Honestly, I did not enjoy the selection process at EY at all. Firstly because they are never on time(but nevermind), secondly they did not give any kind of feedback to their candidate(my friends had the same experience), either negative. I wrote an email but no feedback again. In my opinion, these practices are very unprofessional due to the company reputation in the sector.

Basically, fit questions and background questions. I thought they were in hurry selecting candidates for the position. I got an offer but declined. The task looked very tedious and routine.
