Name a time you improved efficiency in a workplace
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY (Singapur) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied in late August and got the email 2 weeks later that I was shortlisted for interview. I went for the interview and got the offer the next day. Interview process is pretty chill. I got to tour the EY office, reception staff were friendly too. Note that you should come early to calm your nerves. I reached half an hour early and did my written test first (30min). It was two statements and some simple trend questions. (Give reasons, implications etc) During the interview, interviewer talked a lot about the job scope and asked me whether I have questions for him. I guess if you get to the face to face interview stage, you are pretty much secured in the position. He didn't ask me a lot of questions and instead i feel that we just had a conversation instead of an interview. Interviewer was friendly. Prepare lots of questions to ask the interviewer.
