Interview process consisted from phone call (partially in English) and 2 personal meetings. In phone call basic information about company and future projects were provided. On personal meetings with team leaders, team members and HR member more information and requests on a new employee were discussed. On first meeting I filled test to prove basic technical skills.
In my case, the interview consists of two parts. Impression was very good, relaxed atmosphere, friendly people asking firstly on my background, previous experience projects, open-source contributions and so on. After that there was set of technical questions, such as test through phone screen with next developer asking some technical questions related to my future job. This part was quite harder, questions was well prepared and I had to think about answer, but mostly I answered.

Interview
Interview was consisted from 2 rounds. I was very pleased, good friendly atmosphere and skilled people. Candidate should be prepare good in technical stuff mentioned in his/her CV and als from overall overview of technologies and methodologies . Interview was focused on both character and technical skills.
