There were phone calls with employees of the HR department and a manager. I approached an employee at a fair at the university and so got into contact with them. The approached employee was included in the whole process.

Interview
Online application form with cover letter and CV, followed by telephone competency/motivation-based interview. Final step is an assessment centre, with a pre-prepared presentation based on a case study you get sent a few days prior, a group exercise, and an individual negotiation exercise.

They give you a list of things to study for which was very helpful, the thing that might catch someone off guard is doin the Interview they ask you to Code something and its picked randomly.
