Interview
Online application form with cover letter and CV, followed by telephone competency/motivation-based interview. Final step is an assessment centre, with a pre-prepared presentation based on a case study you get sent a few days prior, a group exercise, and an individual negotiation exercise.

Why ENGIE? Tell me about a time you overcame a challenge? A time you had to deal with a problematic team member? A time when you worked under pressure? There were a few other questions like these in the telephone interview.
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and fair. The panel was friendly, attentive, and asked relevant questions. It provided a comfortable environment that allowed me to express my skills, experiences, and confidence while gaining valuable insight into the organization’s values and expectations.

Het duurde wel even omdat had gesolliciteerd online op februari kreeg een antwoord in september maar nadien verliep alles vlot. Had 1 gesprek en het was al genoeg. Tijdens sollicitatie gesprek wel verschillende technische vragen gesteld.
