I applied online and had three rounds of interviews: an initial phone screen with HR, an in-person case interview for 2 hours, and a phone call case interview with a director.

Case interview about sustainability of a large healthcare system
Very unprofessional and disappointing. I was scheduled for a 30 minutes phone interview at 2:00 PM. I received an email at 1:00 telling me about to reschedule at 4:00. I quickly replied and agreed. He replied and confirmed. Then went ghost. No replay on that day or one day after. Very unprofessional.
