I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ENGIE in Mar 2022
Interview
The interviewer was very impatient, asked questions and would cut me in the middle of my answer, or comment my answers with: ' I think you don't undertand or don't hear well'
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ENGIE
Interview
The actual interviewing portion was fine. The people I interviewed with were very friendly. The part that was unnerving was the months of delay from HR to create an offer.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ENGIE (Bruselas) in Mar 2021
Interview
It takes at least 4 rounds of interviews with different hierarchical levels, you move from HR all the way to managing director of the region, in each step they assess ypur knowledge, ability and capacity of doing the prospective job.
It's quite stressful, yet long but you hqve many opportunities to ask questions to many levels you'll be working with, they help you understand the nature of work you'll be doing and the type of tasks you might undertake.
