Interview
I would say completely unprofessional interview. The production manager said before interview being started." Do you understand this role? because people in the past left this role and we don't want to waste your time and our time". I wonder why they do not work with production manager.
I replied my skills and qualifications suits very well hence I believe you invited me for this interview and took day off from my work and travelled 120miles therefore no waste of time.
There is one particular skill was mention 3 times in job description and I said I am strong at that skill and manager replied, “we have QC department who does that” what’s the point mentioning in the Job description then?
I worked with many mangers in my career in multinational companies but never come across such unprofessional person and won’t have accepted If I was offered. Now I understand why people are leaving them.
Not even mentioned about Dr Reddy's and why they are great.
Didn't ask anything about company’s core values and behaviours.
Manager did not even bother reviewing my CV before coming.
I completed written exam in which I am sure I have scored 100% which they do not want.
I would request management to look into this please.
