I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dr. Reddy's (Hyderabad) in Dec 2009
Interview
The hiring was a Campus recruitment drive. The interview consisted of a Technical skills test followed by a 1:1 interview with the Technical person and then the HR executive. The Technical interview was given due diligence by the Interviewer with questions asked in the relevant subjects. Rather than a straight forward question answer session, this was more of a discussion which led me to believe that the organization encouraged such open discussions and was focussed on innovation.
The HR round was monotonous and the interviewer kept repeating the same questions "How long will you stay with the organization? Do you plan to go for further studies? Would you be willing to sign a bond?" This was repeated nearly 4 times before it ended.
