Good experience with a lot of data based assessments. Did a presentation on leadership styles. This was basically done to assess facilitation skills. Met various HR leaders to get a well rounded view of an individual. It helps in interview process if there are several data points

The entire process was very smooth. It was one of the companies that came for our campus placements. I was slightly nervous but the interviewer was quite easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. By the end of it, I realized I didn't want the job due to the location (Hyderabad) and declined the offer.
