Dr. Reddy's interview questions

As I know Dr Reddy's company is a world-class company, I will take the company at the high level at the comparison of other companies if I will get a chance to work with Dr Reddy's company

The first round was an online test that had 30 technical questions for 30 minutes. It had questions from Thermodynamics, Mass Transfer, Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, and Polymer. The time allowed for every question to be attempted. The second round was an interview that combined technical and HR aspects. I was asked first about myself, my internship, published papers, and projects. Later they asked questions on chem core subjects like the design of distillation columns (tell what you have learned in PDCE),then how to determine the bottom pressure of the distillation column, type of feed, q line, reflux, plate heat exchangers, as well as a few dimensionless numbers. Following that, some HR and situational questions were asked, such as are you planning to go to higher studies, What were your proudest achievements, why this job etc. You should practice/think about these questions before the interview, so that you will be confident during the interview. Also, the other details in the resume, such as skills and leadership roles, were given a lot of weight during my interview. I used my extracurricular stuff or my projects as a springboard for my answers during HR. Don't worry, it will all go smoothly! Just be confident , don't sound monotone, and smile when you speak.
