First, they publish the job opportunity on LinkedIn. After selecting the candidate, they do the Phone Screening interview. Once the phone screening interview is completed, they set the 2nd round as Technical Interview with the department head or L+1. Lastly, HR invites for the final round of interview and then collect information for the proposal and onboarding.

Easy was good the questions involved problem solving and the interview asked some questions pertaining to mean stack ,the interview went smooth and the role was good i liked the role and i joined the job
