Interview
Completely different than any other interview I have had. Unique process and exciting. Did an on the spot scenario with the hiring manager. The recruiter placed cards before me and I had to arrange them in the order of my personality. I thought it was pretty interesting.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Went through a one hour phone interview then asked to come in for a three hour face-to-face. Thought the interview went well and enjoyed talking to all those I came into contact with. However, no response to my follow-up email to the recruiter on status of the position nor any feedback to my interview and received an automated email saying they are pursuing other candidates. I have received those emails prior and been told to ignore them as they were closing the position to come to a decision on who they are choosing so wasn't sure if I was really not being chosen or what was going on.
The lack of communication after the interview tells me a lot about the company. Once you get to a certain part of the process automated messages should no longer be used and, if the process is still ongoing, a follow-up email or reply does a lot in terms of perceptions.

Interview
Applied online super easy. Called within 2 days. Phone interview. During the phone interview they decided whether or not to have a 2nd in person interview which I went. Really easy, asked me simple questions and it seemed as they already wanted to hire me. Showed me around the facility. Then went straight to background check and drug testing. Was emailed a few more things to fill out and gave called me with more info on the start date.
