I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Riverwoods, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Hiring Manager phone interview, called in twice for 2 separate in-person interview rounds. Round 1 was with 3 people, round 2 with 2 additional people from the same team. The entire process was within a month. I was told by the last interviewer (also the Hiring Manager) that I would be communicated in a week's time. I checked back in 2 weeks and HR said "they are still deciding". 6 more weeks have gone by since then and no response. Pretty disappointed in their communication process which appears to very prompt earlier but is all downhill once you start interviewing. HR has absolutely no clue what the Hiring Managers' team is upto.
