I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2024
Interview
Process was smooth and well communicated. It's a little slow, but that's expected with such a large firm. Typical flow from phone screen to two behavioral interviews, and a technical interview. Phone screen simply to see if you're alive, interested, know the location requirements, and salary expectations. Behavioral interviews were low pressure and conversational. Technical interview was like the behavioral conversation but over technical topics.
