The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte (Boston, MA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter first and then on-site interview with a partner and a manager.
They were all very nice, especially the interviewers. Asked basic general and behavioral questions, but I had not prepared well so could not give my best. Make sure to have lots of questions for them, not just sample questions from career websites.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2010
Interview
Applied through career center at my university. I had one 30-min interview with a gentleman. He was very nice and casual. Standards questions. The second interview was at their site, and it consisted of two 30-min interviews back to back. My interviewers were two ladies. The first was very enthusiastic and asked standards questions as well - work experience, behavioral questions, etc. The interview with the second woman was quite odd because she did not ask any questions. It was more conversational, as I inquired about herself and her line of work.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deloitte in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview consisted of two 15 minute interviews: one with a partner and the other with a senior manager in the audit field. Both interviews were more like conversations, rather than an interview. Overall the process was smooth from the beginning of the day to the time that the interview was finished.
