Interview
I submitted my application via Deloitte's corporate website before earning my university degree. They contacted me in april to have a first interview where me and other candidates were asked to make some analytical and personality tests. The second interview consisted in a face-to-face interview with a HR manager who asked about my background, why Deloitte and all the usual questions, she also tried to test my english-language skills. Then I had a final interview with a partner with whom I discussed several topics to check my interest in the company and the field in general.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Budapest) in Apr 2011
Interview
It was only an average conversation about me and my studies, not mentioned the salary. This is the second step in the recruitment process before the Assessment Center. I think, this the true filter in that. There is many "worklifelike" situations here. The most important personal skills you should be aware of: be customer-oriented, proactive, and submissive (!).
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2010
Interview
Started the interview process by submitting my resume through the college portal for public accounting interviews. The Big Four accounting firms then came to campus & selected the candidates they wanted to interview. Initial interviews were held with the Recruiting person who either passed you through to the real interviews or declined any further progress. Once you made the next round there was typically a night-time social followed by 3 interviews the at the company office the next day. After my office interviews, I was notified the next day that I received an offer.
