I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
Applied online then met at career fair on campus. Got a call 2 weeks after career fair for an interview. Typical behavioral interview. Had 3 standard questions in the first interview. Then two weeks later I got another interview, but it had hardly any questions. More just had a decent conversation about cars/trucks. Nothing too technical.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
The interviewer primarily focused on behavioral questions. The entire process was straight-forward. I was interviewed by the recruiter who had previously been in contact with me. This made the interview less awkward and more comfortable. It did not feel like much of an interview. It felt more like a conversation.
