I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins
Interview
The hiring process began at a college career fair and I talked to some recruiters at the booth and at the end of a short conversation I was offered a next day interview. It was a half hour behavioral interview and two weeks later I was called and asked to arrange a phone interview, which took place the following week for an hour. This interview was still behavioral, but was rooted largely in company values and a few situational based questions that relate to a Product Validation Engineer Co-Op.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2016
Interview
Had a first round interview (Behavioral). Very relaxed. Interviewer was friendly and asked interesting questions. However, said that I would hear back soon but never responded to e-mails for over a month and then suddenly found out that I didn't qualify.
Overall, a decent experience but better communication would be preferred

I had a phone interview with HR at the first round and then with the Quality Director. The first one was good but the quality director was I guess expecting a lot from me.
