2nd Phase: 1hr long meeting with a Principal Engineer to understand more about you, your experiences and how they align with the role.
Note:
If you have some work gaps in your CV/Resume be prepared to explain the reasons for those gaps.
If you worked for a short period of time in a role, you would be asked why it is so.
I find it relaxing and much easier to be honest or at lease close to it. Prepare your story in advance.

Have you ever been in a situation where a client was upset and how did you solve it?
What level of experience do you have with technologies such as SCCM, AWS, Azure, Active Directory, GPMC, Splunk, McAfee and other EDR solutions?
How would you rate yourself from a scale of 1-10 on Windows, Linux and MacOs platform?
What's the first thing that comes to your mind when asked the following questions:
Life is ..?
I am ..?
People are...?
Some follow-up questions would be derived from your responses to the ones previously asked.
