Applied through a referral and got an interview about a week later for the Austin location. Entire process took a little over a month. Everyone was incredibly nice and intelligent throughout the process.
Fluid interview process. HR was pretty quick to respond to emails as well. Sometimes they called and emailed outside of normal business hours, but that didn't bother me.
I first spoke with HR via phone call. This was your typical HR interview where you are simply getting to know each other and where you share your interests. The second interview was a phone call with a manager and this was a little more in depth. A lot of situational questions. The last interview consisted of 2 parts. First you speak to 2-3 members of the team over zoom. For me, these felt a little less formal than the second interview. Some easy situational questions and some questions where they want to get to know you. The second part of the final interview was a presentation over zoom where you essentially pitch the CrowdStrike product to 3 members of the sales team. They give you all the info you need for this final interview. If you take the time to research the product and practice the presentation a lot, you'll be fine.
