Interview
I applied through a mutual friend who was hired there for a technical support role. Once a position opened up for my current role, I was contacted by a recruiter from the company who explained the job and possible next steps. I went through four rounds of interviews; recruiter, hiring VP, department manager, and customer service VP. Each had their own questions and the interviews were straightforward but welcoming. Once I completed the 2nd interview, they gathered info to conduct a background and credit history check which took approximately three weeks due to my employment history being outside of the US. During that time, communication was still warm and friendly with updates on the process as they happened.
