They asked me a number of questions about the current work I was doing, but nothing tremendously challenging. I have a development background too, but they didn't quiz me on anything in that department...I guess they just kind of trusted that I had that technical expertise. The office seemed to have 15-20 people, entirely male (I'm not), so that was a little weird. I hope that's changed and they eventually hired at least one woman on staff. Most of the interview was having lunch down the street, so it seemed like more of a personality fit interview.
