I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Sep 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, who asked me if I was interested for this position on a different country.
The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter, who asked me general questions about my current e previous works and my skills.
After this phone interview they send me a easy technical test about debugging tool and MSSQL queries to be completed in 24/48 hours.
I have passed the test and other two video interview with team leaders and managers, but unfortunately I haven't passed the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Criteo (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
I applied for the role directly when I saw the advertisement. Initially, there was a call with recruiter which was a brief introduction to the role, company and my experience. After that, I was given a technical test which was related to Criteo's javascript library then I had a video call with hiring manager which was more in depth interview in terms of role and my skills. Final stage was with Managing Director, and Technical Solutions Manager. They assessed both my commercial and technical skills and gave me an opportunity to find put more about the company.
The interview process was efficient, and quick. I had an offer from another company which I informed them about and they moved quite fast after this.
I must say the recruiter who I am naming after taking her permission, Arianna, went out of her way to help me during the whole process. Since one of the interviewers was based in US, she worked round the clock to give me feedback and updates about the process. At every step, I was given a comprehensive feedback and guidance about the interview. I sincerely appreciate her effort as she made sure the recruitment process would be as efficient as possible.
Overall, a professional and friendly experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Criteo (Boston, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Contacted through Linkedin by recruiter which lead to a phone screening. After a phone screening took a skills test, which lead to a 1 on 1 with potential manager. Following manager interview, met with multiple team members onsite. Finally met with director for final round of interviews.
Overall interview process was decent, just had to make sure I had enough vacation time/ personal days to make room for all of the interviews that had to be done.
Hey There,
Thanks for sharing this with us!
Making room for interviews while still employed can be a difficult task. We're conscious of the time investment required from both candidates and interviewers; that's why we take this into consideration when building out our interview process & when training our interviewers.
We're glad everything worked out here & we're happy to have aboard.
