I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Criteo (Boston, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Contacted through Linkedin by recruiter which lead to a phone screening. After a phone screening took a skills test, which lead to a 1 on 1 with potential manager. Following manager interview, met with multiple team members onsite. Finally met with director for final round of interviews.
Overall interview process was decent, just had to make sure I had enough vacation time/ personal days to make room for all of the interviews that had to be done.
Hey There,
Thanks for sharing this with us!
Making room for interviews while still employed can be a difficult task. We're conscious of the time investment required from both candidates and interviewers; that's why we take this into consideration when building out our interview process & when training our interviewers.
We're glad everything worked out here & we're happy to have aboard.

Interview
I couldn't be more upset or disappointed in the interview process. To start, the recruiter was horrible at communicating and responding to emails. At the end of our initial interview, she said she was emailing me the coding take-home assessment right then. I didn't receive it for almost 48 hours, and that was also over 24 hours after I emailed her to follow up and ask for it. Then, she didn't include the files I needed to complete the assessment, and when I realized and emailed her, it took a week for her to respond and send me the files. Additionally, after I was told my assessment was reviewed and I advanced to the next round, which was presenting it to two Solutions Engineers, she called me 45 minutes before my interview was scheduled to start and says they added a last-minute live coding portion to the interview. As someone who struggles with anxiety and gets very nervous and tends to blank during live coding interviews, not being able to prepare, and being given only a 45-minute heads up is beyond unprofessional, disrespectful, and frustrating. I received feedback that my take-home assessment and presentation of it were great, however I didn't pass the live coding portion. So I excelled at the part I had time to prepare for, but I didn't do well at the part I wasn't given time to prepare for. I've dealt with bad recruiters and frustrating interview processes before, but these were by far the worst. I honestly think I dodged a bullet with this company.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond on a project.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo in Sep 2023
Interview
Lack of coordination and communication between the recruiter and hiring manager. Team members appeared disengaged and did not want to be there at all, they looked like they hate their job. Waste of time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo (Barcelona) in Dec 2022
Interview
It was an interview for a Technical Solutions Intern. The interview was conducted online using Zoom. The HR interviewer asked general questions about my previous experience and education. very good discipline and behavior. I received an email after two days saying that they liked my CV and conditions but preferred to go further with the applicants who applied before me. They have many positions for paid internships, but as expected, at the minimum wage. At least in Barcelona where the salaries are low, this is normal. You might work as an intern, which you can extend for another six months, or you might apply for a job at Criteo. I don't know about other people who went through this process and if they could finally find a job there.
