I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Criteo (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
You get a phone screen with basic softball questions followed by the test. It's a pretty standard test gauging your knowledge of online marketing (cpm, cpc, cpo, etc.). Some basic math is required. If you pass you will get an on site and talk to a couple of different team members. There will be some non-BI team members so be personable. The BI team members will ask questions about statistics and SQL so be prepared. Also expect some typical interview questions that gauge your analytical process. If you succeed you'll have another round of on-site with a similar setup. Then if you are lucky you are offered a job.

Question 1
The most difficult for me was "Draw a Poisson Distribution". I wasn't very well versed in Statistics so I flubbed it. The bad answer didn't ruin my prospect though.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Criteo

Recruiter contacted me via an online professional Network site and asked for an online test.
