I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted an application. I got an email inviting me to take the assessment. There are four tests that take an hour and a half to complete. A listening skills test, a basic computer knowledge test and two typing speed tests. A week later I contacted the recruiter for a follow up. They got back to me a few days later and asked for my internet speed. I took the internet speed test before the phone interview. The phone interview was a waste of time. The recruiter sounded bored and uninterested I got an email afterwards saying they hired someone else.

Interview
The process was pretty smooth. I applied online and was sent an email to complete a series of tests. One was a typing test, the other one call center, and the last was a technical aptitude test. Following the completion, I received another email to schedule a pre-screen phone interview, as well as more details about the position. After the intial phone interview, there are 2 face to face interviews via webcam on an app called iMeet. They are pretty short and last only about 15-20 minutes. Make sure your environment is quiet, as they will be checking for background noise. I received my job offer via email less than 15 minutes after my final interview, and subsequent emails to accept and complete a background check, new paper hire work, etc. This position is great for anyone who wants to work at home. You don't have to be completely tech savvy as they will train you, but you must know the basics and how to navigate on devices. All in all, great experience! Can't wait to start :).

Interview
I applied online for the work at home tech support position, a week later I received an invite to complete assessments, I completed the assessments that same day. A week later I received an email asking if I was still interested because I had not completed the required assessments. I replied that they were completed a week ago. The recruiter then replied we have your results and would like to setup an interview and asked my availability to speak. He scheduled me for an interview for the following day. The first interview was fairly easy I had to email speed test results prior to the interview and
we went over requirements, hours and expectations for the position, she then invited me to a video interview the next day which was fairly easy and fun, during the 2nd interview I was invited to the 3rd and final video interview and was scheduled for 2 hours later. During the final interview with the hiring manager we over interview questions and did a simulation, the manager then told me I would hear from someone in 24 - 48 hours. 20 minutes later I received an offer email and paper work to complete for on boarding.
