Screened by recruiter, interviewed with Director, then by Director and two of their direct report managers, which entailed a presentation on why I'm a good fit. The recruiter screen took place in Nov. The director interviews were in Jan and Feb. I also completed a case study prior to the presentation. Only to be ghosted after the presentation.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Computacenter (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2015
Interview
Lengthy but excellent.
1st was via telephone with in house recruitment
2nd was with hiring manager - very well done, intense but also enjoyable and friendly, a great guy to work for.
3rd was with a (would be) peer - not so hot, on the telephone, sounded almost not bothered
4th with Head of LoB - very good but a bit "head up one's own proverbial". But still got my respect and followership

This was a process over 4 interviews. There was simply too many questions too mention. It was a senior role thus not likely to get stock questions!
