Competency based interview questions where you are asked to give examples of times you demonstrated competencies around teamwork, overcoming a difficult customer etc. It can become very intense at times if the interviewer has any reservations about you, but the fact that they have a current graduate also present helps bring a balance to the experience. They can sometimes try and trick you with the wording.
