One interview with 3 separate people. They asked many of the standard questions also wanted some details of my past work experiences. The interview was pretty straight forward. The interviewers were very friendly and disarming.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace in Jul 2022
Interview
I applied to a hybrid Buyer's position at Collins within their Interiors division. I received an email requesting a call with their HR/Recruiter maybe 3 weeks later, where we set up a time to speak for maybe 20 minutes. We discussed my prior experience and what I was currently looking for, as well as salary requirements. He thought I was a great fit for the position, as well as suggesting another open role in purchasing that he asked my permission to submit my resume for. I had a Zoom panel interview scheduled perhaps a week later, where I spoke to 2 of the hiring managers at the same time. We discussed my background, current positions, long-term goals and what the roles with Collins would entail. I believed it went very well and they even mentioned that my current responsibilities were identical to what was expected in the open role. They went through next steps where they said HR would be in touch if they decided to move forward. I left feeling very good about my chances. Then literally radio silence.....nothing. I kept checking my applicant portal where the status said "Under Review". Almost 2 months went by. Then I received an automated email not saying much other than the position was "administratively canceled" by their hiring teams, but the position is still being posted as open. Not a great impression.
