Collins Aerospace interview questions

Slow and discouraging. Hiring Managers had personnel identified for role prior to interview. Why open an external req when you have an internal candidate already identified? Additionally, the interviews were spread across a 4 week period.

It was very chill and only behavioral questions and no technical questions. It was very nice and I was able to talk to people on the team, the manager and supporting teams.
