Collins Aerospace interview questions

I had two 15-minute phone screens with team leadership and a virtual panel interview with three team leaders. It was a very pleasant experience; everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Panel interviews can be challenging for me, as I feel I don't always have enough time to connect with each person as I would in a one-on-one setting due to time constraints. While I did not receive an offer, I received direct communication and encouragement from one of the hiring managers. As someone who works in recruiting and talent acquisition, my candidate experience in this instance was very positive. I plan on keeping an eye on Collins for future opportunities.

Reviewed experience and basic qualifications for the position. Several questions about experiences with managing safety programs, interpersonal conflict and dynamic workloads/organizations. Plenty of opportunities to highlight career achievements, leadership philosophy and vision for success.
