I was a fresher when i attended interview in Cognizant. it was a 2 day(s) process. We had 4 rounds , first was the online aptitude test. After clearly the test, the second round would be technical where basics were asked. The third round was communication round. Final round would be the HR round. I received the call letter within a week.
