Cognizant Process Executive interview questions

JAM round pretty easy have to speak with confidence, communication skills will be checked here and then there was a written test which will check your aptitude and reasoning and finally a operations round

There will be 4 rounds. 1. HR round. Basic screening and talk for 1 minute about a topic of your own choice. 2. Operations. Since I applied for a banking process(mortgage) they will ask some basic mathematics questions. They will check for stability and your communication . 3. Apptitude. Verbal and communication 4. HR round.
