Coach Associate Sales interview questions

In 2011 I was recruited by the Assistant manager of the coach location. I had 4 years of management experience at the time. I initially applied and got a phone call back within 24 hours. The store manager offered me a group interview with 4 other candidates. They asked a few questions about experience and knoweledge of the business. Questions such as what would you do to prevent theft? How do you track levers and sales goals? Etc..

They asked questions about several things. -Relate an experience with a difficult customer and how you handled the situation. - What brings you to Coach? -What could you contribute to the team by working at coach
