First: phone interview with the recruiter. Second: WebEx interview with a "Manager Software Development Engineering", discussing my profile, basic networking questions (1h) Third: on-site interview: first 30 min. witgh a "Manager Engineering", than 1.5h technical interview with engineers Fourth: on-site interview: first 30 min. witgh the Hiring Manager, than 1.5h technical interview with engineers

Met a Cisco representative at a university career fair. Was able to land an interview within 1 week at campus. Interviewer was very respectful and offered help if i was stuck.
