Interviewer was a good guy.
High level programming languages expected
Good networking concepts needed.
L2 L3 concepts.
Programming language like python is helpful.
Not many behavioral questions.
Maybe in the next round.
Cisco certifications like CCNA or CCNP or CCIE help.
Give you more scope of discussion.

Interview
First: phone interview with the recruiter.
Second: WebEx interview with a "Manager Software Development Engineering", discussing my profile, basic networking questions (1h)
Third: on-site interview: first 30 min. witgh a "Manager Engineering", than 1.5h technical interview with engineers
Fourth: on-site interview: first 30 min. witgh the Hiring Manager, than 1.5h technical interview with engineers

Question 1
First on-site technical interview: standard whiteboard problem solving/coding interview (2 problems)
Second on-site technical interview: a number of shorter questions about debugging a given short piece of C code, more detailed networkign questions about understanding of ideas/problems in OSI L2/L3 protocols

Met a Cisco representative at a university career fair. Was able to land an interview within 1 week at campus. Interviewer was very respectful and offered help if i was stuck.
