Cisco Developer interview questions

the interviewer is nice and friendly. First time, they tell me the wrong time so we schedule a second interview. the whole interview is 30mins long. they ask me about some easy questions about network and data structure.

After applying online I was contacted to take part in a phone screen with an HR. The interview was easy, she asked typical HR questions: "why this job?", "what are your career aspirations?" ... After the interview she told me that I performed very well and that I'll be soon invited to the assessment centre. That never happened. After an unexplainable 10-week wait I was rejected. I'm very disappointed with the interview process.
