Recruited directly by the hiring manager followed by a single person phone interview. On site interview was a round table conducted with remote future colleagues via telepresence. HR was involved only in the offer delivery and onboarding

There were 3 rounds, all behavioral. Later ones were designed to test your strategic thinking. Overall the interview went pretty smoothly, each one was given by each member of team that you would be assigned to.
